Working collaboratively with church staffs to advance their ministries is an area of special interest for Pinnacle. We use our coaching and group facilitation skills to develop church staffs in a wide variety of ways. Some staffs will engage in a single day of learning, while others invite us to join them in a retreat setting. Some church staffs form an annual agreement of three to four staff development days each year. The advantages to working with a staff coach to advance goals over time are obvious.

Though we craft learning days based on your needs, the following are common requested trainings we provide for church staffs:
