The Leadership Coaching Project's Flow

A retreat experience begins The Leadership Coaching Project. During this retreat, participants engage inventories, develop their personal mission statement, meet with their Coach, and learn about their leadership competencies and tendencies. Toward the end of this retreat, a Learning Plan is initiated. For the next six months, each participant is individually coached toward the goals identified in one’s learning plan. Participants find The Leadership Coaching Project an inspirational, encouraging, challenging, and transforming experience.

Typically, Pinnacle schedules The Leadership Coaching Project for Clergy and Church Staff once each year. We are glad to partner with denominational bodies to provide this service for your constituents in your setting as well.
