Emotional Intelligence Development for Leaders

Peoplemap Communication System
Simple to use and integrate, the Peoplemap Communication System is a versatile tool for enhancing communication and preventing conflict. The Peoplemap questionnaire takes only ten minutes to complete and has a 95-percent accuracy rate for identifying core personality types. Participants discover how their personality affects communication and relationships with others. Training in the Peoplemap Communication System is available through Pinnacle in these formats:
- One-day or half-day introductory workshop
- Staff or lay leadership retreat
- The Peoplemap Job Report, a 17-page report detailing application of the Peoplemap to vocational success
- The Leadership Development Module in Peoplemap Leadership
- The Emerging Leaders Program in Peoplemap Leadership
The Leadership Assessment
Sometimes leaders want a current picture of their leadership competencies and growth areas. Combining information from your Emotional Intelligence Inventory, Peoplemap assessment and a comprehensive personal interview, a Pinnacle consultant will assess your leadership practices and provide written and verbal feedback. Leadership coaching is a popular follow-up to leadership assessment.
Lay Leadership Training & Retreats

Annual Staff Development Agreements

Emerging Leaders
Companies, institutions and even denominations need to constantly cultivate new leaders. Pinnacle Associates will partner with your organization to construct and implement an Emerging Leaders Program to facilitate the recruitment and development of high-functioning leaders.
Leadership Initiative for Clergy & Church Staff
Pinnacle combines two services into this nine-month training program to develop effective congregational leadership. This program runs during an academic year and serves groups of 10 to 12 clergy and church staff. Program activities include:
- Gathering one day per month to participate in a seminar and a coaching group focused on congregational leadership
- One individual coaching session by phone each month
- Reading to strengthen congregational leadership
- Networking with other clergy & church staff
